AGREEMENT

I understand that neither the organizers or the sponsors are to be held responsible or accountable for any accidents or injuries that may occur. I herby declare that I will not pursue any litigation against the above mentioned. I declare myself willing to undergo controls and inspections on my person and my equipment, if so ordered by the "competition" jury. I know and understand the rules and regulations and will abide by them. I agree to release any rights to any and all photo and video information taken during the event and agree to any publication there for. With my signature that I will take part in this event at my own risk and that I am insured against accident or injury. I have read and accepted the rules and regulation of this event. I also understand the race is held in treacherous trails, gravel roads and some pavement segments where there will be local traffic. It is my responsability to obey all local traffic laws.
